Bringing together the international home and kitchenware industry in Istanbul, Zuchex was visited by professionals from 117 countries. With a 21% foreign visitor rate, the fair broke a record in this area. With the participation of more than 1,500 brands, the fair, which took place in 14 halls and a total area of 100 thousand square meters at Tüyap Beylikdüzü, hosted VIP-level direct buyers from hundreds of different countries, from Germany to Argentina, from the UK to Kuwait, from France to Greece, and hosted millions of dollars of trade.
Zuchex, the International Home and Kitchenware Fair organized by Informa Markets in cooperation with ZÜCDER, the Association of Glassware Manufacturers, left behind another meeting that exceeded the expectations of exhibitors and visitors. “The 34th edition of Zuchex, which we organized this year, prepared the ground for global cooperation and new trade opportunities for the Turkish Home and Kitchenware Sector, which aims to be among the top five countries in the world glassware exports,” said Fair Director Funda Kunduz, adding that they hosted important buyers from different geographies from EU countries to South America, from the Middle East to North Africa at Zuchex.
At Zuchex 2024, eye-catching dinnerware, accessories that change the atmosphere of homes, designs that add elegance to gardens and balconies, smart technologies in kitchens, innovative ideas for the home and thousands of different products were showcased, while at the WGSN event held as part of the fair, trends that will inspire the sector's 2025 collections were shared with sector professionals. At ZuchXTalks, another important event of Zuchex 2024, a total of 22 expert speakers made presentations on agenda items such as e-commerce, e-export, digital transformation, future trends and artificial intelligence in 5 panels and 10 seminars.
WGSN and 2025 Spring/Summer Trends Attract Great Attention at Zuchex
In the panel organized as part of the Zuchex Fair, WGSN shared important tips on the trends for the Spring/Summer 2025 season. The seminar was well attended and provided a wide range of information, from color palettes shaped by global trends to fabric textures, and from sustainability themes to consumer expectations. WGSN's trend predictions attracted great attention from industry professionals and shed light on the future of the design world.
HOST Istanbul will be the industry's first meeting address in 2025!
While the home and kitchenware industry came together at Zuchex for the last meeting of 2024, the first industry meeting of 2025 will be HOST Istanbul. HOST Istanbul, the 18th International Turkish Home and Kitchenware Manufacturers' Fair, will be held at Tüyap Beylikdüzü on January 9 - 12, 2025.
