The Zuchex International Housewares & Gift, Electrical Appliances Fair, among the world’s largest sector events, prepares to open its doors on September 13-16 for its 29th edition. Organised by Tarsus Life Media, the Fair brings together the leading lights in the glassware industry - which achieved record sales of products to 206 countries and increased its exports by 82 percent in the last decade. Participation from 550 local and international companies, and 29,000 visitors, is expected at Zuchex International 2018. The Fair will be held at Tuyap Beylikduzu, in a 120,000 square metre area comprising 11 halls.
The sector’s stakeholders under one roof
Manufacturers, exporters, importers and distributor companies operating in the glassware and kitchenware sectors are expected to exhibit at Zuchex International 2018. Also in attendance will be professional procurement committees, chain store buyers and independent retailers, wholesalers, dealers and distributors, hotel and restaurant managers, and catering and event firms, as well as corporate gift vendors, and representatives from producers and importers.
Brands’ 2019 collections make their debut at Zuchex!
World-renowned brands leading the glassware sector will be at Zuchex International 2018, as many of these firms introduce next year’s collections to the public for the first time. The Fair creates a difference with its diversity - thousands of designs will be exhibited, from table and kitchenware to home appliances, from steel kitchenware to home accessories, from home textiles to glass, porcelain and ceramics, from plastic home appliances to lighting and bath & kitchen accessories.
Realising US$ 4.2 billion dollars in exports and US$ 1.3 billion in imports last year, the glassware sector ended 2017 with US$ 2.9 billion in current account surplus and approximate growth of 10% in the local market and 17% in foreign trade.
