Zuchex, which has created a trade volume of over 2 billion dollars for the international home and kitchenware industry, is getting set for its 34th edition. Informa Markets, which hosted thousands of buyers from 85 countries at HOST Istanbul, the first fair of the season in its region in February, continues to carry out brand and visitor activities for Zuchex, one of the three largest trade fairs in this field. The fair will be organized in cooperation with the Turkish Housewares Association ZÜCDER and will host 1,200 brands showcasing their most exclusive collections, most innovative products, and most inspiring designs. The 2024 edition of Zuchex is expected to draw 45,000 trade professionals from over 150 countries, including Türkiye, and aims to make a direct foreign trade contribution to the industry, which is targeting 7 billion dollars in exports by the end of the year.
International Home and Kitchenwares Fair Zuchex, which hosted approximately 34,000 buyers, 7,267 of whom were from abroad, and achieved a visitor satisfaction rate of 99 percent in its last event, aims to break new records at its 34th edition in September. Stating that they pick up the momentum for preparations of Zuchex, which regularly contributes directly to the industry's export volume, Fair Director Funda Kunduz said, "1,264 brands were exhibitors at the 2023 edition of Zuchex. Many of the new players of the industry, who followed last year's fair as visitors because they could not find empty stand space, have already taken their place as participants in the 2024 edition. As a result of the trade agreements made, orders received and hot sales, the average contribution of our fair to the industry's trade volume is over 2 billion dollars. The 34th edition of Zuchex, on 19-22 September 2024, will mark new success stories together with our industry, empowered by Informa Markets, the world's largest fair organizer."
Inspiring designs, innovative products, new collections…
Zuchex 2024 will be a platform for brand-new collections of many local and international brands to a make debut, and thousands of products to be displayed in the "Tablewares and Kitchenwares, Cooking Equipment, Plastic Housewares & Garden Accessories, Household Goods, Decorative Home and Kitchenware, and Electrical Appliances" categories.
More than 1,200 brands will open stands at Zuchex, spreading over 14 halls and a total area of 100 thousand sqm at Tüyap Fair and Exhibition Center in Beylikdüzü and will have the opportunity to trade directly with professional purchasing committees, chain stores, e-commerce companies, independent retailers, wholesaler and retailer organizations, dealers and distributors, HORECA, catering and organization companies, corporate souvenir companies, designers, and international trade companies. Also, trade professionals visiting the fair will be able to purchase home and kitchenwares trends of 2024/2025 at favorable terms and conditions.
